Every Hero Needs an Origin Story
I ignored all the health warning signs and decided that I needed to work through it if I was going to climb up in my career. My health deteriorated to where I was physically disabled and burnt out. I was juggling a full time professional career, relationships, a global pandemic, loss of control of my body, and grief. It took years of therapies, support, and personal work to pull myself out of the dark place. But through grace, grit, and a growth mindset, I started on a path of recovery and ultimately re-defined what I wanted success and my life to look like.
The Approach
I understand the unique challenges individuals face in their personal lives and careers and how it’s all intertwined. I don't just coach; I inspire, motivate, and partner with you to overcome what’s in the way. I believe that everyone has greatness within them and I’m here to unlock that potential.
I meet clients where they are at in their journey and adjust my coaching style accordingly. But I’m not here to be another yes-person in your life. I’m here to hold an honest mirror and stretch the comfort zone. Each session will be met with empathy as well as honesty and transparency.
